JES Sales uses outside Manufacturing Companies to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your orders.

This application is made with the understanding and agreement that the total amount charged to my account is payable in agreed amount of days after receipt of invoice or statement. If the full amount is not paid at the issue of the next statement, a finance change of 1.5% per month (or an annual rate of 18%) will apply and be added to the outstanding balance. JES Sales Co., Inc. has the right to limit the amount of credit extended at any time. By submitting this application I hereby authorize JES Sales Co., Inc. to obtain credit information to substantiate this application.
